I love shooting in the city because of how much creative freedom there is when it comes to composition and styling. The amount of variety in locations makes it my go-to for seniors who aren’t sure of what they want! It’s a perfect way to get a little bit of everything.
Pros:

The city looks amazing with any type of weather
Freedom with outfit choice (casual and dramatic both look fantastic!)
You get to showcase your home which can add so much to your senior shoot memories
Cons:
It can be dirty
There might be a lot of people around when you’re shooting
Overall, downtown Portland is an amazing place to take your senior photos! You’ll have so much freedom when planning your shoot and the city will add a ton of character to your photos. You really can’t go wrong.
